"No Matter how obvious something may seem, there are always two sides of a story"
For this week, I chose to write on what I call - "Rule 69". It isn't something that has been established by any entity but, recognized in different ways. The number 69 is exactly what you think it means. For some it would be a trip to the land of pleasures, but for some just be a numeric odd. I want to share with you something that would give this number a new meaning. A thought different than the others.

Just like the two sides of the coin, one action can depict different meanings. An action that might be justified in our eyes, may be seen as a crime in the others. I have been a tough sport for many. It could be because of my outspoken and blunt attitude, but that does not make me wrong. I have learnt that not everyone will be happy with what you do and more importantly that it is not our job to keep someone happy. But, we have in some way accepted that social groups are very important.
We need people to be around us to maintain mental stability. But is this right? To some extent, yes, we need social support and extrinsic motivation every now and then and that can only be derived from these social settings. In these social settings, we loose self judgment to what might be correct in our eyes and immediately start relying on people for things that makes little to no sense. We demand their presence, we question their actions and many more. I am going to give two life examples that might make this simple for you.
1. A two sided Affair - Just like a Kamasutra depiction, the Rule 69 is a two sided affair. An action and reaction are just under this rule. For example, If I go to the gym and show off my body to my followers, that would be a just cause for me. For me it is what I do and reflects who I am. For others, I might just be a show off or a good personality. What I want to say, is that the story is fair on all fronts. It is just the way we see it.
2. A Delusional Conundrum - Is it right to say that we are all just delusional in many ways? Sometimes we ignore the importance of our health and go with the wave. It is just like knowing that you are doing something wrong but still do it for the sake of others. To be out of this Delusional Conundrum, we first need to start by focusing on both ends. First, where the actions starts and second to what it will lead to.
It is really about the social set and our personal perceptions. We need to start by seeing the ends from our sight for others to understand. If I see my health as my priority, I see my personal growth as an end result. The Rule 69 is all around us. In one way or the other, we all are a victim of this rule. If you want to see a change in yourself, start by knowing others story. As there is an exciting experience with a great story waiting for you.
All I can say in the end is that my story of fitness has helped many. And I am ready to help you. All it requires is for you to see the growth you can achieve through my vision.
Stay Gallant! Stay Healthy!
