It only counts if the lesson was well learned. I would like to take you all to a memory from grade 10th. A memory very dear to me as it makes me revisit my childhood.

It's not usual that you hear words of wisdom from a teen. For that to happen, one must have gonethrough some serious life lessons. The one that I wish to share, starts from the place of knowledge - The School. Surprisingly, Wednesday was the happiest day for most of my classmates. The reason - Games period. With the sound of that bell, we would instantly run to the changing rooms and get into our soccer attires. I feel the same when I see myself at the gym now. I am at a happy place where I know something special is about to happen. Something that will help me take that leap to the next level.

Our teacher was famous not just because of his cool temperament, but also his classy Jordan's. That along with a teaching is what I want to remember for now. He would come into the class room and lead us for our session. Having some of the best players in our class, It was always a competitive and challenging experience for all of us. Our teacher, then must have been around his late 30's was a ball player himself at some point. When we used to play, all I could see in him was his passion for the sport and love for the kids. He would gel up nicely with each and everyone of us. It wasn't a tough decision for anyone to see a friend in him. As I reflect on that memory today, I notice how it is important to always keep the passion alive in yourself. We won't age any slower, but, that should not stop us from who we are. We get so busy in our life, just like our teacher, that we start seeing happiness in passive forms. But is that true?
That day was a little special. We were five minutes into our session and noticed that out teacher wasn't around. I asked a friend if they had seen him, but we were all clueless. So, we continued. Moments later, we see an older guy walking towards the field in his adidas shorts, cap reversed and aviators on. I have seen many players pulling their swags on the field but not someone doing it that nicely. With a strong pitch, he adds, 'Let's go boys, It's showtime'. Now, we were against a veteran. At the age he was, he played exceptionally well. Would never miss a tackle or let an opportunity go. To add to that, he was one of the fittest amongst us all. To this day, the fact that he played against some of our quickest players and challenged them on their level of fitness is what drives my passion and desire to never stop.

Our Personality is in a form of a clay. It's shaped by the experiences we earn. What I earned that day, was precious to me as it shaped a part of my personality. I would never have thought of sharing that moment in this way if I hadn't learned about meditation. We will talk more about that in future but all I can say for now is that there is knowledge up for takes around us and we need to cash it. For all I know, our mind is just a BLANK SLATE.
P.S. We Love you Sir!
Stayed Tuned! Stay Gallant.

The journey I had in the Hansraj School may have been a short one(1st to 7th class), but no doubt has been the most weird, fun and adventurous phase of my life. I had a chance to grew up with you fellas and the most spectacular teachers we could ever wish for. Best time❤
P.S.: I didn't know about the fact that the last day before the summer vacations, when we waved good-byes, was my last day in that school.🥺 Always reminds me that life's unpredictable my friend.😄
